Move On Birthers!!

The White House has released President Obama's long-form birth certificate, saying the document is "proof positive" the president was born in Hawaii.

The president, who discussed the release at the White House without taking questions, acknowledged the announcement may not put the so-called birther controversy to rest. But he told the public and the media that it's time to "get serious."

"We do not have time for this kind of silliness," Obama said. "We've got better stuff to do. I've got better stuff to do. We've got big problems to solve."

Hat Tip: White House Releases Obama's Long-Form Birth Certificate

Birthers are really starting to irritate me. It’s time to move on from this issue. I’m glad that his birth certificate was released and hopefully this will put an end to the nonsense. Seriously, how can you focus on the fact that Obama sucks as President of the United States if you’re mesmerized with the birth certificate? Frame it if you have to and hang it over your toilet but let’s get on with it and focus on what makes him a horrible president so he is not re-elected for another four years.

  1. The GOP is like the "Chicken Littles” always saying that the “Sky is Falling”, like the same ones that were the “Chicken Hawks” ("W" Wars), big talk no courage.

The United States, favors creativity wherever it can be found. We're apostles of prosperity and defenders of the free exchange of ideas and when more people in more countries are free to rise, to invent, to communicate, to dissent, it's not the doom of United States leadership, its the triumph of the American way.

Generations have worked hard and sacrificed much for the country to reach this point (individuals and our unions!), and with further hard work and sacrifice (along with our relentless self-doubt) the United States will rise again, we do not tire and we are coming back, no matter what Fox news and their GOP “Chicken Littles” lackies keep saying about our nation. Never Bet Against the United States!

Our current President travelled under a USA passport long before he was elected President, but I guess the quacky BIRTHERS, must believe that the USCIS – United States Passport was in on the lie, please, grow up, you are wrong! Remember when some contractors were busted during the “George W. Bush” administration for looking at our current President passport file (how quick you forget).

The Birthers just HATE and can’t debate!
Have any of the quacky BIRTHERS presented any credible proof that will standup in court? Answer: No
Have any of the quacky BIRTHERS won any Court Cases? Answer: No
They are just mainly backward, uneducated, white people who HATE our half African American President.

The majority of the voting public ask “where the proof”, show some proof BIRTHERS or the voting majority will continue to see you as dumb, stupid or racist, maybe all three. Can you blame them?

Still, I really hope one of these retreads and blowhards runs for president, not because they have a chance of winning but because I like to see the train wreck that they will cause.

  2. Meanwhile, let us understand that every media writer who has with unbearable condescension stated that the birthers are whack-jobs because the birth issue was resolved by the release of the certification of live birth in 2008 has been shown to be a despicable liar or at best stone-cold indifferent to the truth. If the birth issue was resolved in 2008, then why did Obama release the birth certificate today? If the birth issue was resolved in 2008, then why did Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie try to get the birth certificate released in early 2011, and wasn't able to do so, because Obama was still refusing at that point to allow his birth certificate to be released? The answer is that the birth issue was NOT resolved in 2008. The people who have been complaining for the last two and half years that the birth certificate has not been released have been proved right, and the people who have been oh-so-knowingly declaring for the last two and a half years that the birth certificate has already been released have been shown to be lying apparatchiks.

  4. Barack Obama was born in the United States of America. The hate speech is beginning to annoy me. We need to focus on the real issues of this great nation instead of dwelling on distractions. It really is time for “Birthers” to move on. Honestly. We need to focus on the economy, gas prices, illegal immigration, getting our troops home, paying down this horrible debt that Obama created but without robbing Peter to pay Paul. Success in our country should not be punished and the rich are already paying their fair share. It’s okay to have questions. It’s okay to doubt. But to focus your energy on conspiracy theories when facts say that Obama was born in the United States is just another way to fall off the path to peace and prosperity. We have to get back to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Let’s not waste any more time on the Obama birth certificate distraction. Let’s not be hateful. Yes, I am annoyed but I’m not hateful. I was never a big fan on conspiracy theorizing. That goes for those that said our Govt was responsible for 9/11 to Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Come on…let’s move on and focus on the real issues.
