Congratulations Christine O'Donnell in Delaware

RINOS in the GOP Be GONE!! Principles over Power!!

Karl Rove is underestimating the power of principle vs. party power. We don't care about the power of the Republican Party. What we care about are the principles behind conservatism. Democrat/Republican I do not care as long as you have your act together and do NOT TREAD on ME, MINE, and my FELLOW AMERICANS.

The Tea Party Express said it hoped the National Republican Senatorial Committee would reconsider its decision not to support O'Donnell.

"We encourage the NRSC to take a night off, get some sleep, and reconsider their rash statements," Tea Party Express spokesman Levi Russell said in a written statement.

"Wake up NRSC," he added. "The reason the Tea Party movement has grown into such a powerful force is because of the failures of establishment organizations such as yours to honor the principles of the Republican Party platform." You tried to force through the most liberal Republican in Congress on the voters of Delaware and they rejected you."

  1. We've got a big problem here though.

The same folk who now support her were against her just a matter of days ago - and, those same folk who support her, were in support of those same RINO's.

  2. The only thing I know is that it has to be principle over power or we wind up where we were before Obama was elected with Republicans sitting pretty pretending they don't have responsibilities or a job to do.

I can't believe Karl Rove is squawking like he has been because she won. I don't think I've ever seen him go after a shady Democrat in the way that he is going after Christine O'Donnell.

It has to be principle over power. Conservative Principles have to come first over the GOP. I'm getting really tired of the GOP calling my house asking me for a donation. If I'm going to donate money to a cause it's going to help the homeless and/or go in support of someone that doesn't owe anything to the Republican or Democrat party. They can't be in it for themselves. They have to be in it to win it for me and my fellow Americans.

I think Karl Rove needs to rethink his stance. Maybe a golf game with Obama might help him remember why "we" are so ticked off right now.

  3. I just find it wrong how they've suddenly - out of the blue, decided to support her and basically dump the guy they originally were supporting.

I'll be blogging on this one for sure sometime this afternoon. I could hear it now:

"She won't win. Those stupid Tea Party candidates have no focus or direction."

    "But look - she's winning."

"WHAT? QUICK - SEND HER MONEY!!!! Screw the other guy!!"

Kind of reminds me how Mitt Romney attacked McCain, but after he dropped out of the race decided to support McCain.

  4. Now, if the GOP is dumping RINO's and going for candidates like Christine, I'd certainly favor that.

I'm just hoping Palin doesn't side up with the Tea Party.

    Why, you may ask?

Because she has the CFR in her pocketbook. I can't support CFR-supporting candidates.

  5. I want to see her birth certificate. I want to make sure that she is not an alien from another planet. She is a kook, like most of the other nuts the Tea Party supports.

  6. Now that the cat is out of the bag with Christine, I fully support her bid. The half-witted left will do everything in their power to dig up dirt on her, which is good, because that's clearly an indication they fear her.

  7. The entire country is rallying around the Tea Party candidates because they are aware it’s time to get some new blood up in Washington. You are right, they fear her. Why else would they resort to immoral behavior? They fear her so much that they will do and say anything to force their progressive agenda. Their attempts are ineffective.

  8. The peculiar thing about Tea Party is this - if the Liberals actually listened to the TP's agenda, they'd probably agree and vote. But no, silly fears and worries flutter about....they'll stick with obama's agenda even though this nation is quickly going down the toilet.

  9. It might be time for me to educate our Tea Party haters so they will know exactly what the Tea Party Stands for. I’ve never known Tea Party haters to be logical and reasonable so I realize I am probably wasting my time. Either way, I feel it’s important to educate so people can take the information for what it’s worth and make up their own minds.

  10. LOL. Thing is, if you post the facts on what the party is all about, they'll refuse to believe or discuss without tossing in names or expletives.

  11. I agree, Steve. Post some facts. Exactly what will the tea party candidates do, once elected? What is their agenda, besides their war cry of "I waaaant muh couuuuuuntry back!!!!!" What specific proposals do they have on getting our country back on track? What is their plan? What do they believe in? We know what they are afraind of- change.

Where were they when Bush started the bail outs? Where were they when Bush started two costly wars with no way to pay for them? Where were they when this economy tanked under his watch? Where were they? How come they never showed their head until a black man, with an exotic sounding foreign name, was elected president? Where were they?

And this notion that the Tea Party is a grass roots movement is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor, do a bit of research, turn of FOX, read, search, open your mind.

And I can tell you this, the Tea Baggers want to take their country back, alright- right back to the stone age, back when the Cleavers were the All American family, back when "white was right", back when America was a "God fearing" nation. Right back to Lala Land.

You know, ignorance is not a virtue. When did it become fashionable to be stupid? When did it become okay to champion dingbats for public office? What in the hell is wrong with you people?

  12. Angela, the thing is, we have to be careful with certain elements of the tea party. I realized there was an infestation of "truthers" scattered throughout our local tea party and since then they've been banned from speaking at tea party functions.

  13. Steve, I it's ironic how they refer to themselves as “truthers”?

  14. I think it's more of a case of "idiots who seek to find the truth but get confused from French-originating conspiracy nonsense."

  15. They are watching way too much MSNBC. Moonbats Spouting Nothing But Crap.
